We strictly adhere to research ethics principles including informed consent, data anonymization, secure data storage, and confidentiality agreements. All client data is handled with full professional discretion. We are familiar with NACOSTI requirements and university ethics protocols in Kenya.

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. For individual students, full payment upfront is typical for smaller projects. For organizations, we offer a 50% deposit on project commencement and 50% on delivery arrangement. We always issue a formal invoice and receipt.
