Information you choose to share
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, service of interest, message, optional organisation, and consent. The form is intended for initial business or appointment enquiries. Please do not submit clinical histories, identity documents, passwords, identifiable participant records, or sensitive research data.
How an enquiry is processed
Details submitted through the form are sent to Formspree, a third-party form service, to process and deliver the enquiry. That service may process technical information such as an IP address and browser information, including for spam prevention. Formspree’s processing and hosting may involve locations outside Kenya. Its own privacy terms apply to its service. If you prefer another route, use the listed email address or phone number.
Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss the service requested, and manage the resulting business correspondence. Providing an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing messages. Please contact Clarity to ask about access to or correction or deletion of your correspondence; requests will be considered in light of applicable obligations.
Research and counseling records
The website form is not a research-data transfer system or clinical record service. Confidentiality, access, data handling, retention, and any necessary agreements for research or counseling are discussed separately before an engagement. Confidentiality may be subject to safeguarding, serious safety concerns, and applicable legal duties.
Display preferences
Your light/dark and motion choices can be stored locally in your browser so they carry across visits. These preference values are not submitted through the enquiry form.
Google Tag Manager
This website loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WLZMVKTS), which allows Clarity to manage website tags. Loading it makes a request to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Any additional measurement, marketing tags or cookies depend on the tags and settings published in that container. Installing this snippet alone does not confirm that Google Analytics or advertising tracking is configured.
Links and technical data
WhatsApp and LinkedIn links open external services governed by their own policies. Phone and email links use your chosen applications. Google Tag Manager is included as described above. The supplied page templates do not otherwise embed social media or include a newsletter subscription. The hosting provider may generate server access and security logs.
Retention and questions
Contact Clarity to discuss how long correspondence relevant to your enquiry is held and to raise a privacy concern. Any engagement requiring research data or sensitive personal information should specify its own processing, access, retention, and deletion arrangements before data is transferred.
